DO YOU USE GENUINE PRECIOUS METALS?

All pieces are handcrafted and hand finished before being sent to the Dublin Assay Office.  Each piece is then tested for purity and hallmarked according to the fineness of the precious metal used. Assaying and hallmarking protect both the consumer and seller as it  guarantees that each piece is genuine.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. All payments on the website are conducted through ShopifyPay.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

All orders are subject to availability.  If a piece is in stock, it will be shipped immediately.  If not, we will email you to advise of the expected delivery date as all pieces are handmade and may take up to four weeks to complete, depending on the design.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

    All items are packaged in our beautiful high quality Tracy Trainor Jewellery box and gift bag ready to give.

    We offer free registered shipping for all Irish, European, and UK orders. Your order will be shipped by registered post with An Post (Irish postal service) and will require a signature on arrival.

    Shipping to the rest of the world costs €16.

    Please note that international orders outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes or duties and these are the responsibility of the buyer.
